Supervisor of Social Media

535media LLC is currently seeking qualified highly motivated candidates for the position of Supervisor of Social Media. This is a full time, exempt position with benefits.

The position is responsible for leading the team involved in fulfilling social media management and social media advertising to ensure goals are achieved for internal and external clients. This position will report to the Director of Audience of Development.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Overseeing and conducting social media management work, social media advertising, and reputation management work for clients.
• Provide consulting, reporting and other work involving social media management and advertising for TribLIVE and other company run websites.
• Ensure desired results are achieved for internal and external clients in social media management, social media advertising and reputation management.
• Assist in developing programs and materials to better enable sales teams to sell social media and reputation management products to prospective clients.
• Assist in developing programs and materials to better enable sales teams to retain clients using our social media management, social media advertising and reputation management.
• Lead training efforts for new team members, ongoing professional learning for current members and cross-training for all digital marketing staff members.

Must possess valid PA driver’s license and reliable insured transportation. Requires digital marketing campaign experience, the ability to work independently and make conscientious decisions based on digital marketing campaign fulfillment leadership best practices, the ability to deal affectively with employees, sales leaders, sales employees and other departments in a wide array of situations and circumstances.
