Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania

Introduction

Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania’s goal was to educate low-income households on the availability of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) – federal funding that assists with utility payments  

 

The Challenge

To drive awareness, phone inquiries, and clicks to the site around their payment assistance programs for low income households.  

    The Solution

    Targeted display ads to people aged 65+ in low income areas, senior citizens, disabled veterans and Spanish speaking customers. This campaign featured a “Click to Call” display campaign where each click was a phone call prompt and another display campaign focused on click throughs with a “learn more” button.  

    The Results:

    We exceeded the client goals and drove 1,040+ phone calls through the click to call campaign and 980+ click thrus to the income assistance program landing page each month.
